This is a very clean medium to robust Coratina with mostly leafy green flavors. It is well balanced between fruitiness, bitterness and pungency. It is very smooth and round. It has that nice spicy, herbal flavor, typical of the variety, especially in the aftertaste it has characteristics of grass, green banana, mint black pepper, and especially cinnamon, almost exceptional Peruvian oil .
